Dahshin Hotel - Taipei

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With affordable prices, this hotel offers great amenities and service. The attention to detail is evident in the well-equipped rooms, complete with a double bed and the unique "not-any-cover" style of shower. The location is also a major plus, situated just a few steps from the main road and close to the Zhong Shan MRT station.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Our new favorite place to stay in Taipei. We ate at Le Cafe, which is only 300 ft away, it suited our needs. Free parking was provided to the guests. Bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away...

A litttle hard tofind the first time as it is down and smaller road.

The rooms were clean and functional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to public transportation and restaurants. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options.

The rooms were small, and some lacked windows, making them feel a bit cramped. The noise from the street could be heard in some of the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Very attractive location near mrt and famous shopping mall. Convenient for meals. Clean, helpful receptionists.

It would be better if the size of room is bigger.

Good location with the mrt station 5 minute walk away. Department stores and cinemas, shops. Local newspapers and magazines offered to the guests from the hotel are definately a plus. The airport shuttle bus stop is about 150 meter from the hotel and one way ticket cost 90 ntd. 2 bottles of drinking water for free every day! You can make your own tea in your room with the water heater provided. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to the MRT and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a great selection of both western and local cuisine. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

I liked everything about Dahshin, even Taipeis hotel rates are too high for me, a backpacker who want's to have private room with private bathroom :)

The room is clean and sheets are fresh, the staff are very accommodating with your help, the breakfast is yummy. The water in the bathroom is strong.

The towels are not fresh, they smell like cigarettes smoke. The room has no window, so there's no light to wake you up. Wifi is not strong to reach our room, we got the signal from Khotel instead..

The room is very clean. Its location is very much attractive

Breakfast could be better even though there was enough to eat. Not so much various.

The tea and coffee offer in the canteen is supurb.

The blankets of the bed should smell cleaner and fresher. Also, the air of the bedroom should be free from smell of cigarette.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great location of the hotel, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. the clean rooms and pleasant staff were a plus.

Despite the positive aspects, the room that I stayed in had a slightly unpleasant smell. the breakfast options were quite limited and could use some more variety.

The location of the hotel is convenient and quite near the MRT.

I can hear the sound of the rain falling on the air conditioning unit throughout the night. The sound proof of the room also left much to be desired as you can hear people talking outside the room.
